Q: Is cash on delivery available?

A: Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

A: Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location isn’t covered, we’ll inform you during the checkout process.

A: We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color and print may occur due to screen settings or printing techniques.

Q: Can I customize the designs?

A: Yes, you can. Just send your details and design to us in the customized T-shirt section.

Returns and Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. For defective or incorrect products, please contact us at threadcultweb@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.
